Belarus, St. Petersburg review status of joint construction projects

The Business Cooperation Council of the Republic of Belarus and St. Petersburg of the Russian Federation held the 11th meeting via videoconferencing, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The event was chaired by Belarus' First Deputy Miister of Foreign Affairs Aleksandr Guryanov and Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Relations of St. Petersburg Yevgeny Grigoriev. The council discussed the topical issues of cooperation and promising areas of cooperation.

“The parties reviewed cooperation in the industrial sector, supplies of passenger vehicles and food products and ways to step up cooperation in construction, including the implementation of symmetrical housing projects Belarusian Quarter in St. Petersburg and St. Petersburg Quarter in Minsk, and also in science and innovation, healthcare and youth policy," the press service said.
