A ceremonial presentation of the collection of scientific papers from the 8th Global Conference on the Industrialization of Near Space, titled "Non-Rocket Industrialization of Near Space: Problems, Ideas, Projects," took place in Minsk. The event brought together leading scientists, engineers, executives of development companies, as well as representatives of government bodies and the National Academy of Sciences.
State Secretary of the Union State Sergei Glazyev addressed a greeting to Anatoly Yunitskiy, General Designer of CJSC "String Technologies." The message was read by Igor Belousov, Assistant to the State Secretary.

Sergei Glazyev emphasized that the publication of this collection is a significant event for the scientific and technical sphere. "Issues of technological sovereignty, environmental safety, and rational use of resources are becoming particularly relevant today. The ideas of non-rocket space exploration are of great interest to representatives of the scientific community and state institutions of friendly countries," the State Secretary noted.
Special attention in the greeting was paid to the work of Anatoly Yunitskiy. Sergei Glazyev expressed respect for the researcher's many years of labor, his engineering courage, and his ability to unite talented specialists to solve the challenges of the future. It was noted that thanks to the designer's strategic vision, a unique international scientific and engineering school is being formed.
Furthermore, Glazyev emphasized the role of the conference and the resulting collection in strengthening technological, economic, and humanitarian cooperation. "Organizing a constructive international dialogue around such large-scale initiatives is of fundamental importance for future generations," the message stated.
