Lukashenko talks to Roscosmos head over phone

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has talked to Director General of the Russian state space industry corporation Roscosmos Yury Borisov over the phone. Yury Borisov informed Aleksandr Lukashenko about the off-nominal situation that happened at a launch pad of the Baikonur Cosmodrome the day before, the press service of the Belarusian leader told BelTA.

Yury Borisov said that all the shortcomings had been fixed in accordance with the procedure established for such situations. The state commission will have its conclusion ready today.

The launch of the manned crew transfer vehicle Soyuz MS-25 with the Belarusian woman cosmonaut Marina Vasilevskaya on board is scheduled for 15:36 (Moscow time and Minsk time) on 23 March. The Roscosmos director general assured that everything will proceed routinely.
