"The main issue is the situation in Minsk. Objectively, honestly. I'm more concerned about the problems. I just want to say that I don't see any big problems in Minsk. But it's me. And as the head of our city, the capital, you are constantly spinning in this wheel and you know more than I do. I am most concerned about the problems that we have in managing this metropolis. And this is very important in connection with the situation that is developing in Minsk as a result of the weather conditions. Therefore, this is the main issue," the Head of State said.
