Lukashenko, Putin talk over phone

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko and Russian President Vladimir Putin held a telephone conversation on 14 September, BelTA learned from the Telegram channel Pul Pervogo.

The two leaders discussed the results of the joint army exercise Zapad 2021, the agenda of the forthcoming CSTO and SCO summits in Dushanbe, and the situation in Afghanistan.

The Russian president also informed the Belarusian leader about his plans to take part in the upcoming international events online.

The two presidents discussed in detail the topical issues of the forthcoming summits.
