The head of state warmly welcomed the head of the Russian region to the hospitable Belarusian land and drew attention to some common features of the peoples of Belarus and Yakutia, in particular their determination.
According to the president, there are many areas where bilateral cooperation can be fruitful. Pressure from the West is an additional impetus to establish closer ties. “As I tell every Russian governor: if something is banned, buy if from Belarus,” Aleksandr Lukashenko noted.
