Order of Mother awarded to 227 Belarusian women

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 309 to award the Order of Mother to a number of Belarusian women on 2 October, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

For giving birth to and bringing up five and more children the Order of Mother was awarded to representatives of various professions and fields of activity. They work at manufacturing and agro-industrial enterprises, in the construction industry, banking sector, food industry, transport and tourism sector, utilities, road, forestry, consumer cooperation sectors, trade, education, healthcare, culture, and Investigating Committee. Some of them are sole traders and housewives.
Among the awardees are a midwife of Berezovichi outpatient clinic Marina Ganaga, an accountant of Zhabinka Fodder Plant Tatiana Zayats, an elementary school teacher of Rusino secondary school, Baranovichi District Yelena Khandriko, a zootechnician of Dokshitsy District Agroservice Marina Kudrashova, a milking operator at the Bobrovichi dairy farm of Domanovichi Agro, Kalinkovichi District Yekaterina Pakhomova, a computer operator at the Kalinkovichi Dairy Plant branch of the Rogachev Dairy Canning Plant Olga Semenyuk, an investigator of the Grodno Interdistrict Department of the Investigating Committee Yelena Bobko, a leading HR specialist at Borisovzhilstroi Yekaterina Kruk, a salesperson of the Trade Department at BelAZ - the BelAZ holding Managing Company Svetlana Mamyko, a poultry farmer at Agrolink Viktoria Bodros, a streetcar driver of the Tram Park branch of Minsktrans Anna Bordyugova, and an economist of the Accounting and Financial Support Center at the Belarusian State Pedagogical University named after Maxim Tank Inga Driganovich.
The Order of Mother was bestowed upon 227 women from all Belarusian oblasts and Minsk.
