"I am convinced that by strengthening the relations of friendship and constructive cooperation, we will manage to open up new prospects for expanding cooperation between Minsk and Ashgabat in various fields," the head of state stressed.
Alexander Lukashenko wished Serdar Berdimuhamedov good health, prosperity and fulfillment of all plans, and also peace and prosperity to the people of Turkmenistan.
