In the last hours of 2023, Minsk airport accepted flights from Istanbul, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Dubai and Tbilisi. In the early hours of 2024, the planes departed for Dubai and Moscow.
The Belavia flight from Minsk to Tbilisi became the most New Year's flight. The passengers flew to Georgia on December 31 at 22:50 and celebrated the New Year at a height. 105 passengers chose such an unusual place to celebrate. The return flight from Tbilisi was the first to arrive at Minsk National Airport in 2024.
The Flydubai flight on the Dubai-Minsk-Dubai route turned out to be both the last for Minsk airport in the outgoing year 2023 and the first to depart from Minsk National Airport in 2024. 68 passengers from Dubai arrived in Minsk almost at the very sound of the chimes. The flydubai plane landed at Minsk airport at 23:45. And already on January 1, at 00:45, the passengers of this airline went to warm Dubai. There were 141 such air travelers. While waiting for the landing, they celebrated the New Year in the departure hall of the airport.
In total, about 1,000 air passengers were served on New Year's Eve.
