Your creative work has by right received international recognition, has made a significant contribution to the development of monumental and visual arts,” the message of greetings reads.
Aleksandr Lukashenko expressed confidence that the experience and versatile productive work of Zurab Tsereteli will help enhance Belarus-Russia cultural ties in the future.
