At 10:00 on February 22, early voting in the referendum on the Constitution will be launched in the republic. Early voting of those voters who will not be able to vote on the main day - February 27, will be held from February 22 to February 26 inclusive. One question was put to the referendum: do you accept amendments and additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus? The referendum will be considered valid if more than half of the citizens included in the voting lists take part in it.

Polling stations worked from the 22nd to the 26th will be open from 10.00 to 14.00 and from 16.00 to 19.00. There is no need to officially confirm the reasons why a person cannot vote on the main day. A voter needs to have a passport or a military identity card (for conscripts), an official certificate of an employee of a state agency (organization), a driver's license. It will also be possible to vote on a pension certificate, a disabled person's certificate (if there is a photo), a student identity card. If a passport is lost, it can be replaced by a certificate confirming the identity of a citizen issued by the internal affairs bodies.
