"Belarus will always be free, peaceful and prosperous" - Shchetkina about youth and the country's future

Today, on September 16, on the eve of the celebration of the National Unity Day, a solemn event with young specialists of Frunzenski district was held at the school №52. Marianna Shchetkina, Head of the Mission of the Permanent Committee in Minsk, sent greetings from the State Secretary of the Union State, Dmitry Mezentsev, to the guests and participants of the event, reports a Soyuz.by correspondent.

“The National Unity Day is not a formal holiday. We should be all together. Solidarity of generations has always been, is and will be in our Belarus,” says Shchetkina.

She highlighted the importance of meetings with young people on the eve of the holiday and expressed confidence that Belarus remains invincible.

“And what we're talking about today, and what we're seeing today, and what we're discussing today - based on the questions that the audience asked today, of course we are invincible. Our country is invincible. And, of course, led by our leader, our President, we will overcome all difficulties and will always develop our beloved Belarus. The situation is quite alarming, we all understand it very well, but those who are strong and united have always won,” says Shchetkina.

She also emphasized the interest of the youth in the future of Belarus and expressed confidence in its prosperity.

“Today, talking to the younger generation, accepting the children as pioneers, seeing their eyes, their interest, and how excited they are, how they talk about everything they will do to make Belarus free, peaceful and prosperous, we are sure, I am sure of our further prosperity,” says Marianna Shchetkina.

At the end of the meeting, Marianna Shchetkina gave three books of the “Union State Library” series to the library of the school №52: “Defending the Fatherland”, ‘There is no statute of limitations’, ”Operation Bagration. Partisans of the Belarusian Land”.
