The Belarusian resolution was co-sponsored by 35 states representing almost all regions of the world, which testifies to the comprehensive and universal character of the document,” the press service noted.
On 10 November 2020 the UN General Assembly First Committee also adopted by consensus the resolution “Report of the Conference on Disarmament” introduced at the initiative of Belarus (as one of the chairmen of the Conference on Disarmament in 2020).
