According to previously known information, Prime Minister of Belarus Roman Golovchenko held a meeting with Sergei Serebryakov, during which, among other issues, the achievement of maximum import independence in the agricultural machinery industry of the Union State, as well as the expansion of cooperative cooperation among manufacturers belonging to the Union of Industrialists "Progress" were discussed.
According to Sergei Serebryakov, Belarus and Russia are on the right track in advancing technological sovereignty.
"This kind of integration process, initiated from below, from the plant managers, gives a very good result. We give feedback to the authorities and explain our point of view on how to move forward in these processes so that the movement is even more effective," the chairman said.
He noted that the Union of Industrialists "Progress" advocates the synchronization of industrial policy and its more precise adjustment.
"If the decision is made by the heads of state, our task is to highlight the problems that, from our point of view, need to be solved, how to move machine builders within the framework of the Union State. Government support measures, synchronization of these measures, and common rules of operation in the market are also important, so that we only help each other and do not interfere in any way. We have someone to fight on the international markets, we have something to give each other, how to help each other," emphasized Sergey Serebryakov.
