Belarus’ PM discusses supplies of energy resources with Russian first deputy energy minister

Prime Minister of Belarus Aleksandr Turchin met with Russian First Deputy Energy Minister Pavel Sorokin, the press service of the Belarusian government told BelTA.

The meeting was a logical continuation of the dialogue that took place in Cholpon Ata, Kyrgyzstan and of the agreements reached by Prime Minister of Belarus Aleksandr Turchin and Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin.

The meeting focused on topical matters of bilateral cooperation in power engineering, including mutual deliveries of energy resources.

The parties are intent on further stepping up the integration processes and reinforcing the energy security of the Union State of Belarus and Russia.
