Belarus' Hi-Tech Park welcomes 52 new companies

The Supervisory Board of the Hi-Tech Park (HTP) made a decision to register 52 new companies, BelTA learned from the HTP.

More than 20 of these companies plan to develop their own products. Newcomers represent various fields of expertise, including financial technology, healthcare technology, development of mobile applications and web platforms, e-commerce, gaming, mining, etc.

The Hi-Tech Park welcomed four R&D centers. The largest is the Tinkoff Development Center of the Tinkoff Group of Companies (Russia) which capitalization exceeded $20 billion in 2021. The Minsk-based center will develop software solutions for managing and automating business processes of the companies that make part of the Tinkoff group. Another R&D center was set up by Russia's Innotech. Its Minsk-based office will focus on developing software products for the banking sector.

The HTP's newcomers include 14 companies with foreign capital. These companies were established by nationals of Australia, Latvia, the USA and Switzerland.
