"The economies of Russia and Belarus continue to show steady growth. In many sectors, we are setting new global standards. The absolute correctness of our choice in favor of a common path of development is confirmed by the results of our Union State integration," the diplomat emphasized.
According to the ambassador, inter-regional cooperation plays a key role in Belarus-Russia relations. Since the beginning of 2025, a total of 14 delegations from Russian regions led by governors have visited Belarus. Cooperation at the regional level is developing at a record pace and serves as the driving force behind Union State integration, which can rightfully be considered exemplary.
Ambassador Boris Gryzlov emphasized that Belarus and Russia are jointly implementing projects in industry, energy, transport, microelectronics, and aviation.
"Celebrating this national holiday together with our closest allies here, in the capital of brotherly Belarus, we look to the future with confidence," he stated.
According to the diplomat, love for their country, responsibility for their future, and the readiness of every Russian and Belarusian citizen to contribute to national and Union State-level tasks are the guarantees of the enduring sovereignty of both nations and a solid foundation for further development.
