President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko congratulated Mikhail Mishustin, Chairman of the Russian Government and the Council of Ministers of the Union State, on his 60th birthday, according to the press service of the Belarusian leader.

"In Belarus, you are highly appreciated as an experienced statesman, a determined and energetic head of the Government of the Russian Federation with strong principles, capable of successfully implementing bold plans and introducing new solutions," the congratulation reads.
"I am convinced that with your continued support, the existing good-neighborly relations between Belarus and Russia will continue to expand for the benefit of the fraternal peoples of our countries," the President emphasized.
Alexander Lukashenko wished Mikhail Mishustin good health, happiness, and inexhaustible strength to carry out strategic tasks and achieve significant results in his responsible position.
