The XXXII Minsk International Film Festival "Listapad" will be held in Minsk from October 30 to November 6, 2026. Screenings will also take place in the regions of Belarus.

"The venue for the opening and closing ceremonies of the film festival will be the 'Moscow' cinema," said Irina Driga. "Festival events will also take place in various Minsk cinemas." Screenings will be held at five key venues in Minsk: the cinemas "Moscow," "Pobeda," "Tsentralny," "Belarus," and "Pioner."
More than 3,300 applications from 108 countries were submitted for participation in the festival's competitive screenings. Films from 55 countries will take part. Within the framework of "Listapad," Days of Cinematography of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Russia, India, and China are planned.
At the "Moscow" cinema, in addition to the closing and opening, competitive screenings and meetings will take place. "In particular, on October 31 there will be an evening in memory of director Viktor Turov, and on November 2 there will be a special screening organized jointly with partners from the Russian Federation," shared the speaker.

The program also includes a round table on issues of cooperation between Belarus and Russia in the field of film production and distribution, which will be held under the auspices and patronage of the Standing Committee of the Union State at the National Library of the Republic of Belarus, which will take place on October 31. On November 2, a round table of heads and representatives of educational institutions of the CIS countries on the development of film education in the territory of the Commonwealth of Independent States will be held at the CIS Executive Committee. In addition, traditionally, creative meetings and master classes will be held at the Academy of Arts, the "Belarusfilm" studio, and the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts.
"We will try to make sure that our filmmakers feel at home at the festival. That is why a competitive and excursion program is provided for them, as well as the opportunity to communicate within the framework of the festival at the Days of National Cinema. In connection with the theme of this year - the Year of the Belarusian Woman - the Days of National Cinema will be dedicated to the female view of cinematography," noted Irina Driga.

The opening ceremony of the International Film Festival will begin on October 30 at 18:00. Before it - at 16:30 - on the square in front of the "Moscow" cinema, the "Red Carpet" ceremony will take place, where festival guests, members of the film crew, jury members, and honored guests will walk from the side of the "Yubileynaya" hotel.
