The V International Forum of IT-Akademgrad is a key platform for discussing the development of artificial intelligence technologies in Belarus. The forum brings together scientists, representatives of the academic community, the industrial and IT sectors, as well as foreign experts. The event gathers representatives of science, education, business, and international organizations specializing in the field of artificial intelligence.

As part of the forum, the official opening of an exhibition of domestic developments in the field of artificial intelligence and robotics took place in the lobby of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
The exhibition features developments covering a wide range of applications of artificial intelligence - from science, education, and medicine to industry, ecology, and everyday life. More than 300 specialists from Belarus, Russia, Uzbekistan, and Turkey are taking part in the event.

As part of the event, an award ceremony was also held for the winners of the competition "Artificial Intelligence Leaders of Belarus - 2026" in three nominations. Thus, the Grand Prix was awarded to the United Institute of Informatics Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for its systemic contribution to the development of AI - from fundamental research to the practical implementation of intelligent solutions. In the nomination "AI Leader Project," first place went to the system for diagnosis and personalized therapy of respiratory failure, developed at the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics. Second place was awarded to the BelCardioAI project - an intelligent system for analyzing data from an experimental cardiorecorder. This is a joint development of the Institute of Applied Physics and the Institute of Physiology of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. Third place went to the tactical information-modeling simulator of the Military Academy.

Winners were also determined in the nominations "AI Leader Company" and "AI Leader Product." Victory in the competition is recognition of the participants' contribution to the development of national artificial intelligence technologies and opens up new opportunities for cooperation and the promotion of innovations.
