Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko sent greetings to the participants of the final of the Golden Puck national ice hockey tournament among children and teenagers for the prizes of the President of the Republic of Belarus, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

"Thanks to perseverance and patience, you passed a strict selection process and won the right to compete in the best ice arenas in the country," the greeting reads.
The president stressed that playing hockey teaches, first of all, to work hard, work in a team and make friends. It also builds character and tempers will.
Aleksandr Lukashenko expressed confidence that the participants of the tournament will do everything possible to lead the team to the coveted podium: "Set yourselves ambitious goals and achieve great victories in sport, study, work and life, dear guys! I wish you good health and success."
