Belarus takes part in the Eurasian Economic Youth Forum in Yekaterinburg

Sergei Chichuk, Acting Head of the Consulate General of Belarus in Yekaterinburg, took part in the opening of the XV Eurasian Economic Youth Forum "Eurasian Synergy: Multipolarity - Integration - Dialogue of Civilisations", which started on the 21st of April.

The forum's mission is to unite intellectual youth for the purpose of Eurasian integration. This year, the forum brought together in the capital of the Urals more than 21,000 people from 86 regions of Russia and 116 countries, including a delegation from Belarus.
Among the forum participants are school students, students, young scientists, heads of leading Russian and foreign universities, public and government officials, diplomats and representatives of the business community.
The forum started at the venues of 11 major universities in Russia and abroad, including the Belarusian State Economic University (BSEU). BSEU held qualifying stages of international contests of scientific articles and essays for students, and the authors of the best works got an opportunity to present their research at the finals in Yekaterinburg.
The Eurasian Economic Forum for Youth will last until the 25th of April. The programme includes contests and congresses for school students, students and young scientists, meetings with diplomats, master classes and lectures from experts in various fields, as well as business meetings of heads of universities from Russia and other countries.
