Belavia updates charter flight prices, itineraries to Egypt, Turkey

16:59, 1 June

The Belarusian air carrier Belavia has changed the itineraries and ticket prices for charter flights to Egypt and Turkey, BelTA learned from Belavia's website.

“Due to the bans on flights through the air space of Ukraine and some other countries, Belavia was forced to change the itineraries of its charter flights to avoid these territories. As a result, flight duration, fuel consumption, and certain expenses for air navigation services of such charter flights have increased significantly,” the website reads.

Taking this into account, Belavia has had to raise ticket prices for charter flights to Egypt and Turkey. “Belavia has increased prices for reasons beyond its control. This applies to all parties ordering charter flights,” Belavia's press service noted.
