Belarus and Russia make amendments to the treaty on general principles of taxation on indirect taxes

The Head of the State Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree № 361 on September 13, approving the draft protocol to make amendments to the Treaty between Belarus and Russia on General Principles of Taxation on Indirect Taxes of October 3, 2022 as a basis for negotiations, reports the press service of the head of state.

This protocol involves adjustments to the Treaty to take into account changes in Belarusian and Russian tax legislation.

The Ministry of Finance is authorized to conduct negotiations on the draft protocol and its signing.
