Internships for vocational training masters and teachers are planned to be introduced within the framework of the Union State of Belarus and Russia. Mikhail Mironchik, Deputy Chairman of the Commission of the Parliamentary Assembly on Science and Education, and a member of the Standing Committee of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus on Education, Culture, and Science, made this proposal during a meeting of the Commission held at the EcoTechnoPark-Volma Resource Center in the Minsk Region, as reported by a correspondent of Soyuz.by.

According to the parliamentarian, it is proposed to include a corresponding item in the Union State's long-term action plan. The idea is for teachers and apprentices from both countries to share their experiences at professional competition venues. "We visit each other's venues and showcase our capabilities. Our teachers could visit these venues again, observe, and introduce innovations in their own countries," said Mikhail Mironchik.

Another important topic of discussion was the patriotic education of young people. The Deputy Chairman of the Commission emphasized the need to expand the geography of relevant events aimed at preserving historical truth. "This is an integral part of education," he added.

During the meeting, the issue of training workers was also raised. Mikhail Mironchik reminded the audience that Belarus has a unique practice of providing a first job to graduates, which helps them grow professionally and stay at their companies. Additionally, the country is actively developing a targeted form of training, where the employer participates in the preparation of future specialists from the very beginning, taking on certain obligations. According to the parliamentarian, this practice is expanding in the country, allowing for the production of highly skilled workers.
