Belarusian Amkodor to expand cooperation with Russia's Mari El Republic

The Belarusian mechanical engineering company Amkodor will expand cooperation with the Mari El Republic, Russian Federation, the press service of the Belarusian holding company told BelTA.

Amkodor representatives took part in a session of the joint working group on cooperation between the governments of Belarus and the Mari El Republic in the Belarusian embassy in Moscow. When prospects of cooperation in deliveries of specialized equipment, machines, and vehicles for housing and utility companies of the Mari El Republic were being discussed, Russian colleagues confirmed interest in Amkodor products. Plans to sell loaders in 2024 were reconciled. An action plan was signed to advance trade, economic, scientific, technical, and cultural cooperation between the governments of Belarus and the Mari El Republic in 2024-2026.

Amkodor was founded in 1927. The holding company comprises 30 legal persons, 22 factories that make over 6,500 products, including 135 models and modifications of utility vehicles and agricultural machines. All the enterprises of the holding company are integrated into one manufacturing chain. Every link specializes in making concrete machines, parts, and components. The company constantly designs new models of machines, equipment, and vehicles and improves the existing ones.
