The Union State should assign the main priority to people’s well-being, as well as to solution of issues and problems in the area of medicine, education and law. This opinion was expressed by Deputy State Secretary of the Union State Viktor Sirenko at the scientific-practical conference “The Union State: Achievements, Problems, Prospects”.

Victor Sirenko emphasized that at present the Union State solves many of these issues rather successfully, and that all the existing shortcomings or misunderstandings are of private nature.

“It is important not to rest on our oars, since social policy is pursued in the name of people, in the name of future generations. Therefore, we must pay attention to both the educational and pedagogic components. It is of the uttermost importance to maintain our shared spiritual values. We have a common spiritual home and we should think about it,” emphasized Viktor Sirenko.
