The Belarusian saw off Ukraine's world No. 39 Marta Kostyuk 6-3, 6-2, in the opener, overcame a spirited effort by fellow Belarusian Iryna Shymanovich (world No.214) to prevail 7-5, 6-2 in the second round, defeated Russia's Kamila Rakhimova (world No. 82) 6-2, 6-2 in the third, and moved past Sloane Stephens (world No. 30), 7-6 (7-5), 6-4 to advance to her first French Open quarterfinal.
The tournament on the Paris courts will end on 11 June.
