KHL: Dinamo Minsk beat CSKA Moscow 4-1

HC Dinamo Minsk wrapped up their home series on a good note defeating reigning champion CSKA Moscow 4-1 in the 2023/24 KHL regular season on 8 February, BelTA has learned.

Following the goalless opening period, the Bisons scored three in the middle stanza. The home team opened the scoring through Alexander Volkov’s 30th minute power play goal. After that, Daniil Sotishvili scored twice in 90 seconds to take the game away from CSKA.

Mamin pulled a goal back at the start of the third period. Dmitry Pyshkailo added the fourth for Dinamo later.

The Bisons earned four points in the recent home series, moving ever closer to securing their playoff spot. Dinamo will next play on road against Severstal Cherepovets, Vityaz Moscow Region, Dynamo Moscow and Kunlun Red Star on 11-17 February.
