Drozdovskaya, Madytski victorious at 2nd Commonwealth Sailing Cup 2025

The 2ns Open Commonwealth Sailing Cup 2025 wrapped up at the Zaslavl Reservoir, BelTA learned from the press service of the sport and Tourism Ministry of Belarus.

Competing in the event were athletes from Belarus, Russia and China. Team Belarus won four medals: two gold and two bronze medals. Tatiana Drozdovskaya earned the Laser Radial gold; Yauheni Madytski claimed the Laser top finish. Maksim Dziahel rounded up the top three. Ivan Chichin placed third in the IQFoil race.

Belarusian athletes won two medals (1-1-0) at the first Commonwealth Sailing Cup, which was held in Russia’s Sochi at the end of April. Drozdovskaya won gold, Madytski became the silver medalist.
