Ilya Gushcha of Belarus dominated with 56.49m attempt to clinch gold in the javelin throw event of the 2nd CIS Games in Belarus, BelTA has learned.

Avazbek Khudaiberdiev from Uzbekistan threw 51.62m to place second. Bronze went to Belarus' Aleksei Ponomarev with his best attempt of 50.81m.
