For the majority of Belarusians - 80.8 percent - health is the most important thing in life. This was stated by Sergey Musienko, head of the EcooM analytical center, while presenting the results of a republican sociological study concerning current issues of Belarus’s socio‑economic development, BELTA reports.

The head of the analytical center emphasized that the response about health leads by a huge margin. According to him, this is not concern, but an understanding of the importance of proper nutrition, exercising, and regular medical check‑ups. Sergey Musienko also drew attention to the fact that the President of Belarus pays great attention to school meals and noted that it is difficult to name a country where this issue receives such close attention.

For 60.9% of Belarusians, family is the most important thing in life; for 45.7%, it’s money and material wealth; for 39.1%, it’s peace of mind and comfort; and for 15.6%, it’s love.
