The head of state expressed confidence that the work of the artist would continue to bring joy and good mood to the grateful public, help strengthen Belarusian-Russian cultural ties.
Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Leonid Yakubovich strong health and inexhaustible energy for new achievements.
