Belarusian construction company outlines overseas projects in Russia, Azerbaijan

Director General of the Belarusian enterprise Belstroycenter, Aleksei Malinovsky, outlined the overseas projects involving Belarusian builders at a press conference titled Construction Industry of Belarus: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow. Results and Achievements, BelTA has learned.

The holding company brings together 23 construction enterprises across all regions of Belarus and employs around 10,000 specialists. Its equipment fleet includes 5,000 units of construction and lifting machinery. According to Aleksei Malinovsky, the company has recorded steady growth in revenue and profit over the past three years.
With the company’s participation, infrastructure, industrial, agricultural and residential construction projects are being implemented both in Belarus and abroad.

“Since 2017, we have successfully completed 13 projects to build schools and kindergartens in Russia’s Kaluga, Leningrad, Nizhny Novgorod and Vladimir oblasts. Agreements have been signed with the governments of the Kaluga and Nizhny Novgorod oblasts,” Aleksei Malinovsky said, adding that 10 of the projects were implemented using support mechanisms provided under Presidential Decree No. 534 “On promoting exports of goods (works, services).

In 2025, Belstroycenter’s subsidiary companies commissioned three schools in Arzamas in the Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, Novoselye in the Lomonosov District of the Leningrad Oblast, and Suzdal in the Vladimir Oblast.

“A number of additional contracts are in the pipeline. We will continue this work, as there is considerable potential that should be realized in the near future,” Aleksei Malinovsky stressed.

He noted that new priorities and areas of cooperation had been identified during the visit of the governor of Russia's Kaluga Oblast.

“We are currently working on eight projects worth approximately RUB10.5 billion. In addition, this year and next we face the ambitious task of participating in the construction of an agro-town in Azerbaijan. The design stage is nearing completion,” Aleksei Malinovsky added.
