"Belarusian beverage producers are constantly working to master new technologies and implement innovations to produce high-quality products that meet strict safety standards. Quality has become a symbol of our enterprises, a calling card, and a national brand. This is confirmed by numerous prestigious awards at numerous competitions," emphasized Tatyana Shedko.
This competition, she says, is a testament to the quality of the products. "On the one hand, it's recognition for the manufacturer's product, and on the other, it's a boost to consumer confidence."
From September 16th to 18th, the 2nd International Business Forum FOOD PROM BEVERAGES is taking place in Minsk, within the framework of which the 6th International Tasting Competition of Alcoholic, Non-Alcoholic Beverages, Beer, and Juice Products "Zalaty Kelih" will be held.
"The competition evaluates a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as beer. This year, we've added juice products. We'll be showcasing premium beverages, including those already familiar to consumers," shared Tatyana Shedko.
The competition features unique samples from Belarus, Russia, Dagestan, Kyrgyzstan, and Azerbaijan.
It was also noted that the samples are evaluated using blind tastings by an international professional jury. The results are approved by an Expert Council, which includes representatives from government regulatory agencies, specialized scientific institutions, the alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage industry, marketing, and design.
