Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko announced a new meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in the near future as he met with Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko to receive his report, BelTA has learned.

"In the near future, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin and I will meet once again to sum up the results of the year and plan, at least at the level of presidents, our tasks for the coming year," the Belarusian leader said.

The head of state touched on the integration projects with the Russian Federation, which was one of the topics of the report. "We have agreed with President Putin that about $1.5 billion will be earmarked for these integration projects. These are joint projects. Both Belarus and also Russia benefit from them. Even more Russia than Belarus. This is why Russia finances them. How are we doing here?" Aleksandr Lukashenko asked.
