Lukashenko signs executive order on preparing 6th Belarusian People's Congress

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed executive order No.212rp on preparing the 6th Belarusian People's Congress on 29 October, the press service of the head of state told BelTA.

A national organizing committee in charge of preparing the 6th Belarusian People's Congress has been established in line with the document. It will be led by Prime Minister of Belarus Roman Golovchenko.

The order instructs the oblast administrations and the Minsk City Executive Committee to set up territorial organizing committees for preparing the 6th Belarusian People's Congress.

Results of public discussion of pressing issues of the country's social and economic development and societal and political development have to be forwarded to the national organizing committee by 20 November 2020.
