Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent birthday greetings to State Secretary of the Belarus-Russia Union State Dmitry Mezentsev, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“You are known as a staunch supporter of an alliance relationship and strategic partnership between the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation, the deepening of integration processes,” the message of greetings reads.
The head of state expressed confidence that Dmitry Mezentsev's activities would continue contributing to the unity of the fraternal peoples of Belarus and Russia, strengthening mutually beneficial Belarusian-Russian ties, maintaining a constructive dialogue on topical issues of the bilateral agenda.
