Lukashenko makes new appointments in Belarus' Supreme Court

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has made new appointments in the Supreme Court. The head of state signed the relevant decree on 14 May, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

In line with the decree, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court Valery Kalinkovich and Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court Andrei Zabara will remain in office for another five-year period.

Sergei Kondratyev was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court. Ruslan Aniskevich was relieved of this post, but he will continue serving as a judge of the Supreme Court.
