Lukashenko appoints new deputy ministers of economy, labor and social security

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has approved new appointments in the Labor and Social Security Ministry and the Economy Ministry, BelTA has learned.

Ivan Lavrinovich was appointed Deputy Labor and Social Security Minister. From January 2019 to October 2020, he worked as aide to the president of Belarus – inspector for Grodno Oblast

BelTA reported earlier that Aleksandr Rumak, the former deputy labor and social security minister, was appointed Commissioner for Religious and Ethnic Affairs of Belarus.

Aleksandr Lukashenko also approved the appointment of Sergei Mityansky to the post of deputy economy minister. Until now, he worked as head of the main department for sustainable development at the Economy Ministry.
