Joint command post exercise begins in Belarus

A joint command post exercise has kicked off in the Armed Forces of Belarus, BelTA learned from the Defense Ministry. The command post exercise is taking place on 14-17 December and is led by Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces- First Deputy Defense Minister Major-General Viktor Gulevich.

The exercise is designed to improve coordination between structural subdivisions of the Defense Ministry, the General Staff of the Armed Forces, military command and other bodies of the Armed Forces and to practice decision-making skills, task setting, and the use of troops (forces) in accordance with the proposed training setting.
