CSTO units to participate in peacemaking exercise in Belarus in October

Units of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) member states – Belarus, Russia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan – will take part in a command and staff exercise with the CSTO's peacemaking forces Nerushimoye Bratstvo 2020 [Unbreakable Brotherhood]. The exercise will take place in the Belarusian military exercise area Losvido on 12-16 October, the press service of the Russian Federation Defense Ministry told BelTA.

The exercise will focus on preparing for and carrying out an actual peacemaking operation by the CSTO collective peacemaking forces.

Russian troops in the Central Military District of Russia continue preparing for the Nerushimoye Bratstvo 2020 exercise.
