The Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued recommendations for Belarusian citizens visiting Iran, BelTA has learned.

“Belarusian citizens planning trips to Iran due to urgent necessity should be sure to account for official Notices to Airmen (NOTAMs) on restrictions imposed on the use of airspace, airlines’ announcements regarding changes to flight schedules to Iran, as well as information about possible disruptions to airport operations,” the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.

“For Belarusian citizens already in Iran, the standard recommendations under complicated circumstances apply: comply with local laws, follow the instructions of officials, exercise caution, and avoid large public gatherings,” the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized.
