According to Anton Getta, the agreement to hold a seminar in Belarus with a visit to agrocities was reached even during the meeting of the Commission of the Parliamentary Assembly on agrarian issues in Kaliningrad. The Russian parliamentarian emphasized that this topic is of great interest to the Russian side, because in Russia there are many rural areas, which experience of Belarusian agricultural towns can help to breathe life and raise agriculture, important for any country and region.
Anton Getta emphasized that he invited to the seminar his colleagues, friends and countrymen. Deputies of the State Duma, he recalled, represent specific territories. The parliamentarian was elected in the Rostov region, and his district includes the Azov district. In connection with this, three heads of individual farm enterprises from the Azov district as well as the deputy head of administration of the Azov district for agrarian issues are taking part in the work of the seminar.

The Russian deputy thanked his Belarusian colleagues for their willingness to share experience. He emphasized that the delegation intended to watch, record and ask questions for one purpose: to apply as effectively as possible the experience of Belarus. Anton Getta noted the effectiveness of agricultural towns, which have been developing in Belarus for a long time.
According to the parliamentarian, private business in Russia is also likely interested in investing in agricultural towns. However, as the deputy of the State Duma emphasized, at the state level will be worked out the possibility of creating a special program of support and allocation of subsidies for the creation of agricultural towns in the Russian Federation.
