Belarusian Amkodor explores manufacturing project in Russia's Stavropol Territory

The delegation of the Russian region led by Governor Vladimir Vladimirov toured the Belarusian mechanical engineering company Amkodor as part of the official visit of to Belarus, BelTA learned by the press service of Amkodor.

The purpose of the delegation's visit was to strengthen the cooperation and explore new avenues. Thus, the delegation saw Amkodor's permanent exhibition and were briefed on the line-up. By the way, the Russian region is already familiar with the Amkodor vehicles. More than 200 units are currently in operation in Stavropol Territory.

During the visit, the parties conducted the negotiations and discussed the possibility of setting up an Amkodor production facility on the territory of the Stavropol Territory.

Governor Vladimir Vladimirov stressed that Amkodor is a reliable partner for Stavropol Territory, and expressed confidence in the successful development of business relations.

"In the field of agricultural engineering, there are advanced machines, developments that are of genuine interest to Russia, including Stavropol Territory. We received an invitation to visit this region in order to sign certain agreements on the ground. I am sure that next year we will see a good economic effect and a multiple increase in supplies," Amkodor Director General Andrei Yarotsky said.
