State Secretary of the Union State Sergei Glazyev has sent congratulations to Belarusians and Russians, citizens of the countries united by the Union Treaty, on the upcoming New Year 2026.

Dear friends, our citizens of the Union State! We are doing everything possible to make you feel like you are truly in the Union State, regardless of where you are: in Belarus or in Russia.
The most important area of our work is ensuring the equality of citizens' rights and equalizing the economic conditions of our enterprises.
We are working closely with you. We are already starting to work directly with citizens' appeals. The reception of citizens was opened. So, you are welcome to contact us on any issues that concern you about the tasks that the Union State is solving, including eliminating any signs of discrimination or inequality of rights and opportunities.
I hope you have appreciated the results of our work this year to simplify border crossing at airports. On the railway, the problem of barrier-free travel has long been solved.
Many practical tasks have already been solved. I am confident that the tasks that have not yet been solved to equalize rights and create comfortable conditions for work, recreation, and life in our countries will be solved. In particular, we will solve the problem of pairing SIM cards in mobile telephony in the coming year.
We are solving the problem of interfacing Public Service portals so that you can use public services from any of our countries.
And, of course, I wish you good health, well-being, and success in the coming New Year!
