Union parliamentarians to talk about funding of Union State programmes

On 21 March 2025, a joint meeting of the Commission of the Parliamentary Assembly on Budget, Taxes and Financial Market and the Commission of the Parliamentary Assembly on Economic Policy will be held in the city of Vladimir.. Representatives of the Standing Committee of the Union State, the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministries of Finance of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation, the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus. The deputies will consider the issues of interregional co-operation between the Vladimir region and the regions of the Republic of Belarus.
The parliamentarians will be presented with information on the results of the implementation of the Union State programmes in 2024.
The parliamentarians will also discuss the implementation of the action plan for the fulfilment of the Guidelines for the implementation of the provisions of the Treaty on the Establishment of the Union State for 2024-2026 in terms of developing measures to stimulate investment activity and facilitate the implementation of joint investment projects.
In addition, the deputies - members of the commissions will consider the results of the implementation of the resolution of the Supreme State Council of the Union State of 29 January 2024 № 2 ‘On the settlement of property issues of the Union State’.
