Union deputies will discuss the development of cooperation in the field of sports in the Union State

According to the press service of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia, a meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly's relevant Commission on Youth Policy, Sports, and Tourism will be held in Voronezh on March 16, 2026.
Representatives of the Standing Committee of the Union State, the ministries of sport of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the Gomel Regional Executive Committee, and the Government of the Voronezh Region have been invited to participate in the event.

The agenda includes discussions on the development of Belarusian-Russian interregional cooperation in sports and the implementation of Union State physical education activities.
Furthermore, parliamentarians will discuss activities to develop phygital sports in the Union State.
