Turchin sends Belarus-Russia Unity Day greetings to Mishustin

Belarusian Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin has congratulated Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin on the Day of Unity of the Peoples of Belarus and Russia, the press service of the Belarusian government told BelTA.

“The Belarus-Russia relationship has stood the test of time and has successfully weathered the sharp turns of modern history,” the message reads.

The prime minister expressed confidence that the large-scale agreements reached at the 2026 meetings of the Union State Council of Ministers and the Union State Supreme State Council will contribute to the effective implementation of the coordinated economic policy of the two brotherly countries, the development of industrial cooperation, the formation of a unified scientific and technological space, the deepening of comprehensive cultural ties, and the provision of equal rights for citizens of Belarus and Russia.

The Belarusian head of the government wished his counterpart good health and inexhaustible energy for the successful implementation of all planned initiatives.
