The next Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia will be held in 2028 in the Smolensk Region. This was announced by Valentina Matviyenko, Chairperson of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, following the plenary session of the XIII Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia, reports BELTA.
